Terms of Sales

These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between the sales representative Arthrospira (operator of the website www.gourmet-spiruline.fr) and the buyer or user.

Article 1: Scope of the general conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.gourmet-spiruline.fr.

Article 2: Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

When ordering online, the consumer is deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale, constituting an irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Products and prices

Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. Arthrospira reserves the right to change prices at any time and agrees to apply the rates in effect that you have been indicated at the time of your order. Orders are invoiced and payable only in euros. The products remain the property of Arthrospira until full payment of the order. However, upon receipt of the order by the customer, the risks of the goods delivered are transferred to the customer.

Article 4: Shipping, Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Your order will reach you within a maximum of seven (7) days, including a shipping time that includes the preparation of your order and its packaging and a delivery time varies depending on the destination. You will find the amount of delivery charges corresponding to your order on the invoice sent to you by email or within your order.

Article 5: Payment

You can make your payment by credit card, check, bank transfer or Paypal. Your order will only be processed after receipt and validation of the payment.

Article 6: Responsibilities / Disputes

Arthrospira can not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of the concluded contract, in case of force majeure and in particular in case of strike of the postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by floods or fires, or rupture of the means of communication. Arthrospira can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products marketed. The responsibility of Arthrospira or its owner can not be engaged by any of the users or purchasers of the site www.gourmet-spiruline.fr because of the nature of the information, products sold, advice given or photographs illustrating the products. In addition, Arthrospira can not be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legal provisions in force in the country of reception.

Article 7: Returns Policy

We operate a “no quibble” returns policy, but we do request that wherever possible all orders are returned to us within 14 daysof receipt if deemed unsuitable. It is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail Guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer. You must follow our instructions for returning goods (see below).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us in its original packaging with your invoice within 30 days of receipt. We recommend using a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning items that are damaged, mis-shipped or the result of an error on our part, you will be refunded the total amount of the order and we’ll pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

If a package is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order, less shipping.

Items that are not Returnable or Exchangeable

  • Any item that is not returned within 30 days of shipment.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 
Instructions for Returning Goods

Include the delivery note or a copy of your email invoice with the goods. Please send the goods in appropriate packaging.

  1. Obtain the Returns Authorisation Number by calling to our customer service on (+33) 9 70 44 06 05.
  2. Make sure the items are properly packed to prevent damage in transit. (We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.)
  3. A cover note clearly stating the Returns Authorisation Number and a brief description of the problem.
  4. Return the package to :

  5. Once we receive the goods back and have inspected them, we will either refund your payment (using the same payment type you used to pay for your order) or replace the goods depending up on your request.

Article 8: Order Cancellations

If the products ordered weigh in excess of 2kg we deem the right to request extra payment via credit or debit card for the excess delivery charges or will cancel the order and refund your card. You may cancel your order by contacting our customer service department on (+33) 9 70 44 06 05 within 12 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products you must return the products, unopened and in their complete packaging, to our head office address. The products must be returned at your own expense. Your order will not be refunded until the items have been received by us. To ensure we receive delivery we recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery Service. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product. However your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products are not affected.
